Integration of medical treatment technology system in early China and Huaxia nationality

早期中国是我国医学治疗技术体系"多元一体"格局形成的关键时期。《素问·异法方宜论》记述了砭石、毒药、艾灸、九针和导引按跷5种医学治疗技术的生成环境,展示了我国早期医学治疗技术的地域性起源。砭石与东夷部族,艾灸与北方草原游牧部族,毒药与西方古羌族,九针与南方百越部族,导引按跷与融合的华夏部族。"五方"体系对应华夏族群揭示了医学技术的发展受政治因素和民族融合的影响。"多元一体"为重构早期中国的医学发展提供了全新的视角,是文化自信和构建中华民族共同体的时代要求。跨学科研究是今后的基本思路和方法。跨文化交流视角是今后研究迈向纵深的进路。

Early China is the key period for the formation of ‘the pluralistic and organic-whole’ pattern of medical treatment technology system in China. The chapter of Yifa Fangyi Lun from the book Suwen describes the formation environment of five kinds of medical treatment techniques, namely Bian-stone therapy, drug therapy, moxibustion therapy, nine-needle therapy and ‘Daoyin Anqiao’, which shows the regional origin of early medical treatment technology. Specifically, Bian-stone therapy originated from the Dongyi tribes, moxibustion therapy from the northern nomadic tribes, drug therapy from the western ancient Qiang, nine-needle therapy from the southern Baiyue tribes and ‘Daoyin Anqiao’ from Huaxia race. The ‘five cardinal directions’ system corresponding to Huaxia Nationality reveals the development of medical technology is influenced by political factors and national amalgamation. ‘Pluralistic Integration’ provides a new perspective for reconstructing the medical development of early China, which is the requirement of cultural self-confidence and the construction of Chinese national community. Interdisciplinary research will be the basic idea and method in the future and the perspective of intercultural communication will be the approach to further study.
