摘要
病证结合模式是目前临床研究的热点,体现了中医学与现代医学优势互补的特点。呼吸系统疾病已成为突出的公共卫生问题,严重影响患者的生存质量。患者报告结局(PRO)量表是直接来源于患者健康状况和治疗结果等不同方面报告,是评价患者生存质量结局指标的重要工具。文章通过阐述病证结合模式,分析PRO量表在呼吸系统疾病应用,提出了病证结合量表的思考与展望,为病证结合PRO量表研制提供新思路,以有效评价患者生存质量及中医、中西医结合的临床疗效。
The combination of disease and syndrome model is a hot spot and commonly used research style in current clinical research, reflecting the complementary characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. Respiratory diseases have become a prominent public health problem, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. The patient report outcome(PRO) scale is directly derived from different aspects of the patient’s health status and treatment results, as well as an observable tool for evaluating the outcome indicators reported by patients. This article elaborated on the combination of disease and syndrome model, analyzed the application of the PRO scale in respiratory diseases, and then proposed the thinking and prospects of the disease and syndrome combination scale, which provided new ideas for the development of the disease and syndrome combination PRO scale to effectively evaluate the quality of life of patients and TCM, Clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
