枸杞子药性演变辨析

Differentiation and analysis of medicinal evolution of Lycii Fructus

枸杞子是临床上及日常生活中较为常用的药食同源类养阴药,但并非所有人都适宜服用。根据互联网医疗类平台提供的相关数据,在实际生活及临床应用中,人们少量服用枸杞子不会出现问题,但若过量或久服,会有部分人出现上火症状,主要表现为口舌生疮、牙龈肿痛、舌红、苔黄、咽痛、小便黄赤、大便秘结等。从而导致临床医生对枸杞子的药性辨识不清,影响治疗效果。笔者通过溯源研究,针对枸杞的古今用药部位、枸杞子色味及生长环境、古语释义等易于造成药性歧义的诸多方面,进行辨证分析,最终得出枸杞子药性为甘平,最适宜于阴阳两虚型患者服用,对于阴阳平衡、阳气不衰或阴虚有热者均应慎服的结论。

Lycii Fructus is a commonly used in clinical medicine as well as a yin-nourishing food in daily life, but it is not suitable for all people. According to relevant data provided by internet medical platform, in practical life and clinical application, people don’t have problems taking a small amount of it, but if it is overdone or taken for a long time, someone developed symptoms of inflammation due to taking it. The main manifestations are mouth and tongue sores, swelling and pain of gums, red tongue, yellow moss, sore throat, yellow and red urine, secret constipation of stool, etc.. Thus, it caused that drug properties of Lycii Fructus were not identified by the latter scholars clearly, and then the effect of its clinical application would be influenced. Through using tracing-source research, authors make a dialectical analysis of the many aspects that tend to create ambiguity in medicinal properties. Those aspects include ancient and modern medicine parts of Lycii Fructus, its colors, tastes and growing environments, the interpretation of the ancient language, etc.. Finally, it concludes that the medicine property of Lycii Fructus is sweet and calm. This medicine is the most suitable for the patients with both yin and yang deficiency. The patients, who are the balance of yin and yang, predomination of yang, or both yin deficiency and excessive heat, should take this medicine with caution.
