文章对张学文教授运用药对治疗瘀血证经验总结如下:香附配川芎,理气祛瘀;桂枝配川芎,温经化瘀;牡丹皮配丹参,清热化瘀;威灵仙配川牛膝,祛风化瘀;半夏配丹参,化痰活血;茯苓配赤芍,渗湿活血;大黄配桃仁,攻下化瘀;鳖甲配丹参,养阴化瘀;黄芪配川芎,补气化瘀;丹参配三七,祛瘀止血;麝香配丹参,开窍活血;附子配川芎,温阳化瘀。根据瘀血证证型,选用相应治瘀药对辨证加减施治,疗效显著。

Professor ZHANG Xue-wen’s experience was summarized in the application of couplet medicines for treatment of blood stasis syndrome. The matched pair of Cyperi Rhizoma with Chuanxiong Rhizoma can regulate qi and remove blood stasis;Cinnamomi Ramulus with Chuanxiong Rhizoma can warm meridians and removing blood stasis;Moutan Cortex with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma can clear heat and remove blood stasis;Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma and Cyathulae Radix can dispelling pathogenic wind and eliminating phlegm;Pinelliae Rhizoma with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is used for resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation;Poria with Paeoniae Radix Rubra is used for moistening and promoting blood circulation;Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with Persicae Semen can purge and remove blood stasis;Trionycis Carapax with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is used for nourishing yin and removing blood stasis;Astragali Radix combined with Chuanxiong Rhizoma can invigorate qi and dissipate blood stasis;Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma combined with Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma can remove blood stasis and stop bleeding;Moschus with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is used for resuscitation and blood circulation;Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparaia with Chuanxiong Rhizoma is used for warming yang and removing stasis. According to the syndrome type of blood stasis, the corresponding couplet medicines were selected to treat the blood stasis following the differentiation of symptoms, and significant effect was achieved.
