章勤“养阳在滋阴之上”理论调经助孕经验浅探

This paper introduced professor ZHANG Qin’s experience in regulating menstruation and assisting pregnancy with theory of ‘cultivating yang is more important than nourishing yin’, explained the importance of cultivating yang method in the treatment and diagnosis of infertility, and summarized the theory of regulating the menstrual cycle by cultivating yang, to be specific, follicular phase should raise yang to help develop follicles;ovulatory periods should raise yang to induce ovulation;luteal phase should raise yang to assist reproduction;menstrual period should raise yang to warm meridians and activate blood, in one word, treatment based on waxing and waning of yin-yang during menstrual cycle. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, professor ZHANG Qin follows the principle of treatment aiming at its root causes and treatment based on syndrome differentiation applies the theory of ‘cultivating yang is more important than nourishing yin’ to help women with yang deficiency to regulate menstruation and assist pregnancy, which has brought great effects.
