针刺提高体外受精-胚胎移植成功率的研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture to improve the success rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

针刺是中医学中采用不同针具刺入人体穴位,激发经络之气,调和阴阳以防病治病的一种方法。随着生殖医学发展,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术越来越多地帮助不孕不育患者解决生育问题,近年来针刺在这项技术中的应用以及治疗机制得到了广泛关注,特别是对促排卵、缓解取卵不适、改善卵细胞质量、提高子宫内膜容受性以及妊娠结局、降低卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率等方面的研究较多。文章对近年来针刺在IVF-ET中应用相关文献进行综述,并对相关作用机制进行探讨,为针刺在IVF-ET中提高成功率提供理论依据。

Acupuncture is a method in traditional Chinese medicine that using different needles to penetrate the body points, stimulating the qi of the meridians and collaterals, and harmonizing yin and yang to prevent and treat diseases. With the development of reproductive medicine, in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) has helped infertile patients with their reproductive purposes. The application of acupuncture in IVF-ET and research on the treatment mechanism have received considerable attention in recent years, especially in induction of ovulation, relieving discomfort in oocyte retrieval, improvement of oocytes quality, endometrial receptivity and reproductive outcomes, and reduction of the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. In this paper, the relevant literature on the application of acupuncture in IVF-ET in recent years was reviewed, and the relevant mechanism was also discussed, providing a theoretical basis for acupuncture’s role in improving the success rate in IVF-ET.
