中药贴剂的特点、应用及分析

Characteristics, application and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine patches

目的:归纳、概括、总结临床上中药贴剂的应用现状,为中药贴剂的临床应用提供理论指导,为中药贴剂应用规范的建立提供参考。方法:在中国知网上以"中药贴"为主题,选择医药卫生科技类,搜索1989年1月1日至2019年8月1日的所有文献,对其进行归纳分类。结果:中药贴剂在儿科疾病的治疗中应用最为广泛;穴位贴敷占76.4%(197/258),神阙穴是重要的贴敷部位;醋、蜂蜜、姜汁、水等常作为赋型剂被贴剂所应用;贴敷时间以12h,最为常见,频率以每天1次最为常见;疗程以7d最为常见。结论:中药贴剂因其疗效较确切在临床上应用广泛,但在应用过程中主观性较强,缺少统一的标准,因此,对中药贴剂应用的规范化、标准化,是今后的发展方向,也是中药外治必然趋势。

Objective: To summarize the application status of traditional Chinese medicine patches in clinic, to provide theoretical guidance for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine patches, and to provide reference for the establishment of application norms of traditional Chinese medicine patches. Methods: With ‘traditional Chinese medicine patches’ as the theme, select medical and health science and technology on CNH, search all literatures from January 1, 1986 to August 1, 2019, and classify them. Results: Traditional Chinese medicine patches were the most widely used in the treatment of pediatric diseases;acupoint application accounts for 76.4%(197/258), Shenque point were an important application site;vinegar, honey, ginger juice, water and other were often used as type giving agents;the most common application time was 12 hours, and the frequency was once a day;the most common course of treatment was 7 days. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine patches are widely used in clinic because of its exact curative effect, but it is subjective in the process of application and lacks unified standard. Therefore, the standardization and standardization of the application of patches is the future development direction and the inevitable trend of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
