不同产地蔓荆子HPLC指纹图谱及模式识别研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:建立蔓荆子HPLC指纹图谱,为其药材质量评价提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法建立不同产地蔓荆子指纹图谱,相似度评价结合聚类分析、主成分分析、偏最小二乘法-判别分析模式识别研究,分析不同产地蔓荆子的相似性及差异性。结果:不同产地蔓荆子指纹图谱共标定出17个共有峰,指认了4个共有峰;18批蔓荆子与对照指纹图谱的相似度在0.901~0.997之间,相似度良好;3种模式识别分析结果一致,能较好地区别出蔓荆与单叶蔓荆两种不同基原,并筛选出差异标志物。结论:蔓荆子指纹图谱的建立和模式识别研究的应用为蔓荆子的质量控制提供了简单有效的评价方法。 Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint for Viticis Fructus to provide basis for quality evaluation of its medicinal materials. Methods: Fingerprint of in different origins was established by HPLC. The similarity evaluation combined with cluster analysis(CA), principal component analysis(PCA) and partial least squares method-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) pattern recognition were applied to comprehensively analyze the similarities and differences. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Viticis Fructus was established with 17 common peaks, and four peaks were identified. Similarities of the 18 batches of Viticis Fructus were 0.901~0.997, and the similarity was good. The analysis results of three recognition patterns were consistent, which could distinguish the two different primitives of Vitex trifolia and Vitex rotundifolia, and screen out their different markers. Conclusion: The establishment of fingerprint of Viticis Fructus and the application of pattern recognition provide a simple and effective evaluation method for the quality control of Viticis Fructus.
