不同浓度艾烟对弱精子症大鼠精子参数的影响 被引量:2

Effects of different concentrations moxa smoke on sperm parameters of asthenozoospermia in rats

摘要 目的:研究不同浓度艾烟对弱精子症大鼠精子参数的影响。方法:将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为溶剂对照组,模型对照组,低、中、高浓度艾烟组,每组8只。使用奥硝唑溶液灌胃建立弱精子症大鼠模型。从奥硝唑溶液灌胃的第11天开始进行艾烟干预。每天干预1次,每次20min,每周6d,共8周。通过计算机辅助精子分析系统观察不同浓度艾烟对弱精子症大鼠精子活力、活率、密度、A级精子数和A+B级精子数的影响。结果:与溶剂对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠精子活力、活率、A级精子数和A+B级精子数显著降低(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,低、中、高浓度艾烟组大鼠的精子活力、活率、A级精子数和A+B级精子数显著升高(P<0.01)。不同浓度艾烟对弱精子症大鼠的精子密度无明显影响。结论:不同浓度艾烟干预均可提高弱精子症大鼠的精子活力、活率和运动能力,对弱精子症有一定的治疗作用。 Objective: To study the effects of different concentrations of moxa smoke on sperm parameters of asthenozoospermia in rats. Methods: Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into vehicle group, model group, lowconcentration moxa smoke group, medium-concentration moxa smoke group and high-concentration moxa smoke group, with 8 rats in each group. Asthenozoospermia model was established by intragastric administration of ornidazole(ORN) once daily till the end of intervention. Smoke intervention was initiated 11 days after intragastric administration of ORN. Rats in the smoke intervention groups underwent 20 minutes smoke exposure per day, 6 days per week for 8 weeks. The effects of different concentrations of moxa smoke on the sperm motility, viability, density, the number of grade A sperm and grade A+B sperm were observed by computer-assisted sperm analysis system. Results: Compared with the vehicle group, the sperm motility, viability, grade A sperm count and grade A+B sperm count had significantly decreased in the ORN-treated group(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the sperm motility, viability, grade A sperm count and grade A+B sperm count in low, medium and high concentrations of moxa smoke group had significantly increased(P<0.01). Different concentrations of moxa smoke intervention had no significant effect on sperm density in rats with asthenozoospermia. Conclusion: Different concentrations of moxa smoke intervention have certain therapeutic effects on asthenozoospermia by improving the sperm motility, viability and exercise capacity in rats.
