摘要
目的:从调节Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg免疫细胞平衡角度探讨穴位敷贴治疗肥胖型哮喘的起效机制。方法:41例肥胖型哮喘患者和33例正常体质量哮喘患者分别分为敷贴组和对照组,观察各组治疗前后炎症因子白介素(IL)-4、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-17、IL-10的变化。结果:各组组内治疗前后比较:各组治疗后IL-4水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);正常体质量敷贴组、肥胖型敷贴组治疗后IL-17水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),IFN-γ水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);正常体质量敷贴组、肥胖型敷贴组、肥胖型对照组治疗后IL-10水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);组间治疗前后差值比较,正常体质量敷贴组IL-4和IL-17水平较正常体质量对照组下降更显著(P<0.05),肥胖型敷贴组IFN-γ水平较肥胖型对照组上升更显著(P<0.05),肥胖型敷贴组IL-10水平较正常体质量敷贴组上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴疗法可以调节整体哮喘患者体内Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg免疫细胞平衡,在肥胖型哮喘患者中部分免疫细胞因子受影响更明显。
Objective: To explore the effective mechanism of acupoint application in the treatment of obesity asthma from the perspective of regulating the balance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg immune cells. Methods: A total of 41 patients with obese asthma and 33 patients with normal body mass asthma were divided into applying group and control group respectively. The changes of inflammatory factors IL-4, IFN-γ, IL-17 and IL-10 before and after treatment were observed in each group. Results: After treatment, IL-4 level in normal weight application group, obese application group, obese control group, and normal weight control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05). IL-17 level in normal weight application group and obese application group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and IFN-γ levels in normal weight application group and obese application group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). IL-10 level in normal weight application group, obese application group and obese control group were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05). Difference before and after treatment comparison between groups, the normal weight application group of IL-4 and IL-17 levels are significantly lower than normal weight control group(P<0.05), obese application group of IFN-γ levels are significantly higher than the obese control group(P<0.05), obese application group of IL-10 level are significantly higher than the normal weight application group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application therapy can regulate the balance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg immune cells of asthma, and some immune cytokines are more significantly affected in obese asthma.
