从宋明理学探丹溪学派发展之变

Exploring the development of Danxi School from Song-Ming Neo-Confucianism

纵观医学的发展历史,发现明代医学发展大都与丹溪医学有着千丝万缕的关系,以朱丹溪、张景岳为代表的处于发展嬗变过程的丹溪学派,均受理学思想影响较大。朱丹溪、张景岳二人均运用阴静阳动的辩证思想由一源而执两端,导致医理观点差异巨大,从某种角度可看作丹溪学派发展嬗变之成果,而宋明理学正对其过程产生了巨大影响。文章通过广泛搜集并整理丹溪学派、明代医学及宋明理学的发展脉络,结合时代思想背景,以朱丹溪、张景岳二位医家为代表,对比二者医理思想的异同,探讨宋明理学的发展变动对丹溪医学发展、嬗变产生的影响。

Makeing a general survey of the overall Chinese medical history, we found that the medical development in the Ming dynasty was mostly inextricably linked with Danxi Medicine. The development and transformation process of Danxi School, which is represented by ZHU Dan-xi and ZHANG Jing-yue, is greatly influenced by the thought of science. Both ZHU Dan-xi and ZHANG Jing-yue used the dialectical thought of yin and yang which is controlled by one source, led to a huge difference in medical views. From a certain perspective, it can be seen as the result of the development and transformation of Danxi School, and Song-Ming Neo-Confucianism was having a huge impact on its process.Through extensive collection and arrangement of the development of Danxi School, Ming dynasty medicine and the Neo-Confucianism in Song and Ming dynasties, combined with the ideological background of the times, taking ZHU Dan-xi and ZHANG Jing-yue as representatives, comparing the similarities and differences between the two medical theories, to explore the influence of the development and change of NeoConfucianism in Song and Ming dynasties on the development and evolution of Danxi Medicine.
