Establishment and evaluation of ischemic stroke animal model with qi deficiency and blood stasis

建立合理可重复的病证结合动物模型及规范客观的模型评价体系,对气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中的疾病研究及中医气虚血瘀证的证候研究都非常重要。笔者对目前国内外气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中的动物模型制作方法进行文献调查研究,汇总了目前该证型疾病动物模型的制作方法及相关评价检测方法,分析探讨各方法的利与弊,以便为气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中疾病的相关实验研究提供相关依据。

It is very important to establish a reasonable and repeatable disease syndrome combined with animal model and an objective model evaluation system for the study of diseases of qi deficiency and blood stasis type ischemic stroke and the syndrome research of traditional Chinese medicine qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The author conducts a literature survey on the methods of making animal models of qi deficiency and blood stasis type ischemic stroke at home and abroad, and summarizes the current methods of making animal models of the syndrome type and related evaluation methods, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method, in order to provide relevant evidence for the relevant experimental research on ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
