宁先生导引养生法之功法源流、版本传变及复原编创

Research on the origin, version transmission, restoration and creation of Mr NING’s daoyin regimen

文章首先深入探析宁先生导引养生法的功法源流,阐释"宁先生"实为假托之名,其功法的雏形动作创编于战国时期,套路形式汇总于东汉与隋代间,并推测南北朝陶弘景很大可能为汇编《太清导引养生经》之人。其次,对比各版本的功法名称与内容可以得出,宋代《云笈七笺》本是复原编创宁先生导引养生法功法动作的最佳底本。最后以《云笈七笺》为底本,多种版本为参考本,归纳汇总宁先生导引养生法功法动作的优化版本,并对其功法机制与功法动作的多种元素进行简要设定,使其功法更加符合现代人的练习标准,进一步促进传统养生功法的理论发展,同时也加快我国全民健身事业的工程建设。

This article explored the origin of Mr NING’s daoyin regimen in depth, to explain that the rudimentary movements of Mr NING’s daoyin regimen was created in the Warring States period rather than created by someone named Mr NING, and the routines of which was created during Eastern Han dynasty and Sui dynasty, besides, it is speculated that TAO Hong-jing from the Southern and Northern dynasties was the one who compiled Taiqing Daoyin Yangshen Jing. Secondly, by comparing the names and contents of various versions, it can be concluded that Yunji Qijian of Song dynasty should have been the best base for the restoration and compilation of Mr NING daoyin regimen. Finally, by referring various versions on the basis of Yunji Qijian, an optimal version of Mr NING’s daoyin regimen was concluded, and the mechanisms and movements of which were explained so that to fit the exercise standards of modern people, in order to promote the theoretical development of traditional regimen as well as the construction of national fitness in our country.
