基于“魄”之释义探讨“魄门”的急救意义

Discussion on the significance of first-aid of anus based on the interpretation of inferior spirit

"魄门"一词最早见于《素问·五脏别论》,后世医家多认为"魄门"即"肛门",重视其排泄糟粕的功能而忽略了其闭藏精气的功能。文章结合临床所见,以及对"魄"的理解,系统地阐释了"魄门"的内在含义,认为"魄门"为"魄之门户",基于此理论基础,并结合文献记载"魄门"在治疗急危重症中的相关应用,探讨"魄门"在急救中的重要意义。

The first record of anus is found in the Suwen · Wuzang Bielun. Later doctors thought that was ‘anus’, attached importance to its function of excreting dregs and ignored its function of closing essential qi. Based on the clinical experience and understanding of ‘inferior spirit’, The internal meaning of anus is systematically explained, and ‘a portal for the anus’ is considered. Based on this theoretical basis, the related application of ‘anus’ in the treatment of acute and severe diseases is recorded in the literature to explain the significance of ‘anus’ in first-aid.
