公共阐释:理性基础、生成路径、内在隐忧及展望

Public Hermeneutics: Rational Basis, Generation Paths, Internal Concerns and Prospect

张江教授在对强制阐释的批判基础上,在"阐""诠"之辩的中国阐释学的悠久传统中,提出了公共阐释论的理论主张。公共阐释理论的提出引起了学界的广泛关注。学者们从公共阐释的公共理性基础出发,对公共阐释的公共性和理性根基展开讨论,也对公共阐释的充分性和客观性进行了分析。公共阐释的生成路径有三条:从个体阐释经社会阐释通达公共阐释;从观点、方法、氛围出发通向公共阐释;构建共在的阐释共同体生成与实现公共阐释。公共阐释存在纯粹理性的过度膨胀,以客观性或真理自居从而走向专断阐释、寻租权力、毒害国家的政治文化,过度意识形态化等内在隐忧。无论从理论研究上,还是在社会实践中,公共阐释理论的生成与发展都有深厚的土壤。公共阐释论只有在解决了诸多关键的理论难题后,才可能成为概念明晰、逻辑自洽、理论完备的理论体系。

Professor Zhang Jiang put forward the theory of public hermeneutics on the basis of his criticism of compulsory Hermeneutics and in the long tradition of Chinese Hermeneutics in the debate of"elucidation"and"interpretation".The theory of public hermeneutics has attracted wide attention from the academic circles.Starting from the public reason basis of public hermeneutics,scholars discuss the public and rational basis of public hermeneutics,and also analyze the adequacy and objectivity of public hermeneutics.There are three ways to generate public hermeneutics,namely,from individual hermeneutics to social hermeneutics to public hermeneutics,from viewpoints,methods and atmosphere to public hermeneutics,and to build a co-existing hermeneutics community to generate and realize public hermeneutics.There are some internal concerns in public hermeneutics,such as excessive expansion of pure rationality,self-assertion of objectivity or truth,towards arbitrary hermeneutics,rent-seeking power,political culture poisoning the country,and over-ideological.Whether in theoretical research or in social practice,the formation and development of public hermeneutics theory has deep soil.Public hermeneutics can become a theoretical system with clear concept,self-consistent logic and complete theory only after solving many key theoretical problems.
