基于第三次国土调查成果城镇开发边界范围内底数分析

Analysis of the Cardinal Number within the Boundary of Urban Developmentbased on the Results of the Third Land Survey

城镇是创造物质和精神财富的主要空间载体,划定城镇开发边界,是推动城镇化发展由外延扩张式向内涵提升式转变重要手段。第三次国土调查是以土地资源为基础的调查,是国土空间规划的底图底数。通过梳理,第三次国土调查对城镇开发边界底数支撑包括土地利用现状、土地管理、土地成片开发以及耕地保护等方面。具体研究方法为运用Arcgis 10.3空间分析模块,将第三次国土调查、城镇开发边界以及历年已批建设用地等数据进行空间分析,得出城镇开发边界内土地利用现状、土地开发建设状况、所属权属性质以及耕地专项调查等数据并进行对应分析,为后续城镇开发边界优化和管理提供重要依据。

Cities and towns are the main space carriers for the creation of material and spiritual wealth.Defining the boundaries of urban development is an important means to promote the transformation of urbanization development from an extensional expansion to a connotation promotion.The third land survey is a survey based on land resources,which is the base map of land and space planning.Through combing,the third national land survey provides support for urban development boundaries including the current status of land use,land management,land mass development,and cultivated land protection.This paper uses the arcgis 10.3 spatial analysis module to analyze the data of the third national land survey,the urban development boundary and the approved construction land in the past years,and obtains the current status of land use,land development and construction status,and ownership attributes within the urban development boundary.As well as special analysis of cultivated land and other data and corresponding analysis,it provides an important basis for the subsequent optimization and management of urban development boundaries.
