摘要
城市无序的开发建设,忽视了地方的自然生态特征,导致环境问题日益突显,威胁了城市的生态健康。十堰城区水环境问题是自然条件与人地冲突双重因素导致的城市水资源紧缺与水面率低下。由于城市蓝色空间遭受侵占,水体生境严重受损,丧失调蓄能力,使得河道在旱季缺少生态基流,水生态不断恶化。文章以十堰市生态特征的解析为切入点,深度挖掘其水问题背后的深层原因,提出以水面率作为改善水系统的关键指标,并结合城市现状提出缓解水资源紧张、水生态恶化、水景观单一等诸多矛盾的根本对策。
The disordered development and construction of city ignores the local natural ecological characteristics,which leads to increasing environmental problems and threatens urban ecological health.The water environmental problem of Shiyan City derives from the shortage of urban water resources and the low water surface rate caused by natural conditions and conflicts between human and land.Due to the encroachment of urban blue space,the water habitat is seriously damaged and the regulation and storage function is lost.As a result,the river lacks ecological base flow in the dry season,and the water ecology is getting worse.Based on the analysis of the ecological characteristics of Shiyan City,this paper explores the deep reasons behind the water problems,puts forward an idea that takes the water surface ratio as the key index to improve urban water system,and the fundamental strategy which can alleviate many contradictions such as the shortage of water resources,the deterioration of water ecology and the monolithic water landscape combining with the current situation in city.
