The copyright protection of dance works is a frequently discussed topic. With the rapid development of Internet industry and the popularization of sharing economy,dance copyright protection is placed in the new environment of the rapid development of digital content industry,ushering in the new challenges of dance copyright protection and defend on the Internet. This paper analyzes the current situation of dance copyright protection, points out problems need to be solved, and explores the methods and countermeasures of dance copyright protection in the Internet environment from the perspective of cultural policy research.
