摘要
经济新常态下,合理选择低碳工业行业,对湖南省实现工业产业结构低碳化转型至关重要。利用Weaver-Thomas模型,依据经济发展、能源状况、生态环境和技术水平四个方面的低碳化指标,计算出湖南省36个工业行业的低碳化综合评分,从而确定10个工业行业为湖南省低碳化转型的重点发展行业。从改善能源结构、技术创新、优化生产要素的配置、政策引导与监管等方面提出湖南省低碳化工业行业转型路径。
Under the new normal of the economy,a reasonable choice of low-carbon industrial sectors is crucial for Hunan Province to realize the low-carbon transformation of the industrial structure.This paper first uses the Weaver-Thomas model to calculate the low-carbon comprehensive scores of 36 industrial industries in Hunan Province based on the low-carbon indicators of economic development,energy status,ecological environment,and technical level,so as to determine 10 industrial industries as Hunan Key development industries in the province’s low-carbon transformation.Finally,the transition path of the low-carbon industrial industry in Hunan Province is proposed from four aspects:improving energy structure,technological innovation,optimizing the allocation of production factors,policy guidance and supervision.
