商务英语专业学生就业竞争力提升策略研究 被引量:3

Study on Strategies of Improving the Employment Competitiveness of Business English Majors Based on the Needs Investigation

摘要 需求分析是了解人才竞争力的重要前提与基础。当前商务英语专业人才培养存在人才目标定位模糊、培养规格同质化、人才就业竞争力不强等问题。调查发现,近年来用人单位对商务英语专业人才的需求呈明显上升趋势,要求学生具备扎实的语言沟通能力、复合型知识结构、良好的商务实践能力及职业素养。提升商务英语专业人才就业竞争力的关键在于进一步明确应用型人才培养目标、构建系统化实践教学体系、提高学生的创新精神与创业能力等。 Needs analysis is an important pre-condition and basis of designing talent training plan.Contemporarily,there are problems such as the ambiguous training orientation,and homogeneity of training standards.Through the field investigation,this research has found that the employers have much higher needs for Business English talents in recent years and they expect the future talents could possess solid basic English language skills,compound knowledge of Business and English Language,excellent business practice abilities and professional qualities.Based on this research,the author advocates that universities should improve the educational qualities and enhance the students’job market competitiveness through the means of establishing multiple educational ideologies,designing the integrative course plan,constructing an interdisciplinary teaching staff,bringing in multi-disciplinary teaching methods,and strengthening practical teaching.
