With the increase of energy demand and the urgency of environmental protection,the new energy industry including biodiesel has attracted the attention of many countries.This paper introduces the development,production and market consumption of biodiesel at home and abroad,summarizes the production process,raw materials,catalysts,by-products and other aspects of biodiesel,and analyzes the development trend of biodiesel in China.
