推进基层“行动支部”工作法的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts Analysis of Promoting Work Method of "Action Branch" at Grassroots Level

党支部是党的基础组织,是党的组织体系的基本单元。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党支部建设,要求把全面从严治党落实到每个支部、每名党员,推动全党形成大抓基层、大抓支部的良好态势,并且取得明显成效。2018年9月21日,中共中央政治局召开会议审议通过《中国共产党支部工作条例(试行)》,更是为全面加强新时代党支部建设提供了基本遵循。同年,苏州市委组织部印发《关于创新基层组织设置和活动方式推广"行动支部"工作法的实施办法》,要求把创新组织设置作为前提、把开展有效行动作为关键、把落实基本制度作为基础,让每个支部都围绕中心工作、重大任务行动起来。本院药剂党支部积极响应号召,通过在建设和管理上不断创新,提升水平,在满足老百姓健康需求的目标上取得了一定的成绩。本文就关于推进基层"行动支部"工作法的相关实践进行解析。

The Party branch is basic organization and basic unit of organizational system of the Party.Since 18th Party’s Congress,the Party Central Committee with core of Comrade Xi Jinping attaches great importance to construction of Party branch,and calls for full implementation of strict administration to every Party branch and member,to promote whole Party to form good posture of grasping grass-roots units and branches,and has achieved remarkable results.On September 21,2018,Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee held meeting to review and approve regulations on work of CPC Branches (Trial Implementation),which provides basic guidance for comprehensively strengthening construction of Party branches in new era.In the same year,organization department of Suzhou municipal Party committee issued implementation measures on innovating setup and activity mode of grass-roots organizations and promoting "action branch",which required that innovation of organizational setup should be taken as premise,effective action as key,and carrying out basic system as basis,so that each branch could take action around central work and major tasks.The pharmacy Party branch of our hospital actively responded to the call,through continuous innovation in construction and management,improved the level,and achieved certain results in meeting the health needs of the people.This paper analyzes the relevant practice of promoting the working method of "action branch" at the grassroots level.
