摘要 目的探讨CTA、MRA分别联合MMP-9、Caspase-3对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法选取我院2017年3月至2019年6月收治的颅内动脉瘤患者37例(研究组)及同期健康体检者37例(参照组),对比CTA、MRA分别联合MMP-9、Caspase-3用于颅内动脉瘤的诊断情况。结果研究组MMP-9、Caspase-3水平均高于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05);CTA联合血清指标检测用于颅内动脉瘤诊断的灵敏性、特异性、准确性分别为93.10%、75.00%、89.19%,高于MRA联合血清检测的72.41%、37.50%、64.86%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 CTA联合MMP-9、Caspase-3在颅内动脉瘤诊断中更具应用价值。 Objective To investigate diagnostic value of CTA,MRA combined with MMP-9 and Caspase-3 in intracranial aneurysms.Methods We chose 37 cases of highly suspected intracranial aneurysms patients (study group) and 37 cases healthy persons (reference group) in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019.Compared diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms with CTA and MRA combined with MMP-9 and caspase-3 respectively.Results Levels of MMP-9 and Caspase-3 in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05);and sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CTA combined with serum indicators in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms were 93.10%,75.00% and 89.19% respectively,which were higher than 72.41%,37.50% and 64.86% of MRA combined serum detection (P<0.05).Conclusion CTA combined with MMP-9 and caspase-3 has the application value in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
