Reducing Medical Moral Hazard With Modern Information Technology

道德风险是在信息不对称条件下,使得负有责任的经济行为主体不承担其行动的全部后果,在最大化自身利益的同时,做出不利于他人行动的现象。其主要包括医生的道德风险和患者的道德风险。本文探讨利用现代信息技术减少"道德风险"的发生,减少医保基金不合理支出的情况发生。参考国外成功经验,提出适用我国的降低医疗道德风险的措施。

Moral hazard is phenomenon that responsible economic actors do not bear all consequences of their actions under condition of information asymmetry,while maximizing their own utility,making actions being not conducive to others,which mainly includes moral hazard of doctors and patients.The article discusses reducing occurrence of "moral hazard" and unreasonable expenditures of medical insurance funds with modern information technology.With reference to successful experience of foreign countries,it proposes measures to reduce medical moral hazard in our country.
