远程血糖检测系统在院内外血糖管理中的应用价值探究

Application Value Research of Remote Blood Glucose Monitoring System in Blood Glucose Management Inside and Outside Hospitals

目的探究远程血糖检测系统在院内外血糖管理中的应用价值。方法选取我院 2018年1月至2019年1月行常规管理的糖尿病患者49例为对照组,行远程血糖检测系统管理的糖尿病患者49例为研究组,对比两组血糖监测情况、血糖指标。结果研究组自我血糖监测次数(94.65±13.37)次、主动随访次数(37.46±6.71)次均多于对照组[(76.73±11.35)次、(19.53±4.42)次](P<0.05),不良情况发生至到院就诊时间(2.05±0.21)d短于对照组(5.63±1.84)d(P<0.05)。干预后研究组空腹血糖(6.41±1.35)mmol/L、餐后2h血糖(7.02±1.68)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.26±0.84)%均低于对照组[(7.22±1.63)mmol/L、(8.31±1.82)mmol/L、(7.05±1.23)%](P<0.05)。结论远程血糖检测系统应用于院内外血糖管理中,能强化血糖监测,在降低、稳定患者血糖方面效果显著。

Objective To explore application value of remote blood glucose monitoring system in blood glucose management inside and outside hospitals.Methods We chose 49 cases of diabetic patients with routine management from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital as control group,and 49 cases diabetic patients under management of remote blood glucose monitoring system as study group.Compared blood glucose monitoring and blood glucose indicators of two groups.Results Number of self-monitoring blood glucose (94.65±13.37) times and number of active follow-up times (37.46±6.71) times in study group were more than control group[(76.73±11.35) times,(19.53±4.42) times](all P<0.05).Time from occurrence of adverse conditions to hospital visit (2.05±0.21) d was shorter than control group (5.63±1.84) d (P<0.05).After intervention,fasting blood glucose (6.41±1.35) mmol/L,2h postprandial blood glucose (7.02±1.68) mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin (6.26±0.84)% of study group was lower than control group[(7.22±1.63) mmol/L,(8.31±1.82) mmol/L,(7.05±1.23)%](all P<0.05).Conclusion Remote blood glucose detection system can achieve significant effect to strengthen blood glucose monitoring,reduce and stabilize blood glucose in blood glucose management inside and outside hospitals.
