摘要
坚持公立医院公益性导向,提高公立医院医疗服务效率。从满足人民的健康需求为出发点,改革并完善公立医院的运行机制和医务人员的激励机制,实现社会效益和经济效益的同步提升。本文通过对公立医院绩效评价指标体系的研究,结合DRGs指标,强化了绩效考核的导向,推动医院落实公益性,提高医疗服务能力和运行效率。
To adhere to public welfare orientation of public hospitals and improve efficiency of medical services in public hospitals.To meet health needs of the people,we should reform and improve operation mechanism of public hospitals and incentive mechanism of medical staff,to achieve synchronous improvement of social and economic benefits.Through research on performance evaluation index system of public hospitals,combined with DRGs indicators,the paper strengthens guidance of performance evaluation,promotes implementation of public welfare,and improves ability and efficiency of medical services.
