微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定在四肢骨折患者中的应用及对VAS评分的影响

Application of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Locking Compression Plate Fixation on Limb Fractures Patients And Effect on VAS Scores

目的探讨微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定在四肢骨折患者中的应用及对双盲法视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月在我院治疗的84例四肢骨折患者,按照就诊序号单双号不同将其分成两组,对比两种术式的疗效安全性。结果与对照组比较,研究组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均明显缩短,术中出血量明显减少,且术后VAS评分显著降低(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术用于四肢骨折患者的治疗中疗效安全可靠。

Objective To investigate application of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in patients with limb fractures and influence on visual analogue scale (VAS) scores.Methods We chose 84 cases of limb fracture patients treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019,divide them into two groups according to single or even number of treatment.Compared effect and safety of two surgical methods.Results Compared with control group,operation time,fracture healing time and length of stay of study group was significantly shorter,intraoperative blood loss was significantly less,and postoperative VAS scores were significantly lower,(P<0.05).Total incidence of postoperative complications in study group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation is safe and reliable in treatment of limb fractures.
