优质护理对COPD合并自发性气胸手术患者心理及生活质量的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Psychological and Life Quality of COPD Patients Complicated With Spontaneous Pneumothorax

目的观察优质护理在COPD合并自发性气胸手术护理中的应用效果,评价其对患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2019年7月胸外科收治的COPD患者96例,均合并有自发性气胸,拟行手术治疗,将患者按照随机方法分为实验组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者常规护理,实验组患者给予优质护理,比较两组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)、生活质量综合评定量表(GQLI-74)评分及并发症发生情况。结果实验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,实验组在生活质量量表四个方面评分高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对拟行手术治疗的COPD合并自发性气胸患者予以优质护理可有效降低患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪,从而有助于降低手术并发症的发生率,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe application effect of quality nursing on COPD combined with spontaneous pneumothorax operation,and evaluate its effect on psychological state and life quality of patients.Methods We chose 96 cases of COPD patients with spontaneous pneumothorax in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019,divided them into experimental group and control group randomly,48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing care,and experimental group with quality nursing.Compared scores of anxiety (SAS),depression (SDS),comprehensive life quality scale (gqli-74) and incidence of complications between two groups.Results SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group,scores of four aspects of life quality scale were higher than those of control group,total incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively reduce anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological emotions of surgical COPD patients with spontaneous pneumothorax,reduce operation complications and improve life quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
