全程管理在PICC置管患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Whole Process Management in PICC Patients

目的探讨全程管理在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年9月在我院接受PICC置管并给予常规护理干预的患者327例为对照组,另选取2019年1月至2019年9月在我院接受PICC置管并在对照组基础上给予全程管理干预的患者328例为观察组。比较两组并发症发生率、非计划性拔管发生率。结果观察组并发症总发生率为2.43%(8/328),低于对照组7.65%(25/327)(P<0.05);观察组非计划性拔管发生率1.22%(4/328)低于对照组9.79%(32/327)(P<0.05)。结论全程管理应用于PICC置管患者,能降低其并发症发生率及非计划性拔管发生率。

Objective To explore application effect of whole process management on patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC).Methods We chose 327 patients treated with PICC catheterization and routine nursing intervention in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2018 as control group,and 328 cases treated with PICC catheterization and whole process management from January 2019 to September 2019 in our hospital as observation group.Compared complications incidence and unplanned extubation between two groups.Results Total complications incidence in observation group was 2.43% (8/328),lower than 7.65% (25/327) of control group (P<0.05);incidence of unplanned extubation in observation group was 1.22% (4/328),lower than that of control group 9.79% (32/327) (P<0.05).Conclusion Whole process management can reduce complications incidence and unplanned extubation incidence of PICC patients.
