开展品管圈活动降低男性患者拔除尿管的疼痛率

目的研究开展管圈活动对男性患者拔除尿管疼痛率的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2018年10月于我院泌尿科留置尿管的90例男性患者为本次研究对象。采用随机分配法,平均分成对照组与实验组各45例。对照组给予常规拔除尿管方法,实验组给予品管圈活动拔除方法。对比两组间拔除尿管后尿道疼痛率以及疼痛程度。结果对照组疼痛率22.22%,明显高于实验组疼痛率6.67%;对照组疼痛程度84.44%,明显高于实验组疼痛程度46.67%。组间差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我院泌尿科医护人员通过开展品管圈活动,有效降低了男性患者拔除尿管的疼痛率以及疼痛程度。此方法值得临床积极推广。

Objective To study effect of tube circle activity on pain rate of male patients with catheter removal.Methods We chose 90 cases of male patients with indwelling catheter in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2018 as research objects.Divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine method of catheter removal,and experimental group with removal of quality control circle.Compare urethral pain rate and degree after catheter removal between two groups.Results Pain rate of control group was 22.22%,which was significantly higher than experimental group (6.67%);pain degree of control group was 84.44%,which was significantly higher than experimental group (46.67%).There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle (QCC) activities can reduce pain rate and degree of male patients with catheter removal effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
