摘要
目的研究呼吸科护理工作中应用护患沟通技巧的效果。方法选择我院接收的300例呼吸科患者,以随机数字表法划分为观察组(护患沟通)与对照组(常规护理)各150例,比较两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组护理质量更高;护理依从率更高;护理差错率及投诉率更低,P<0.05。结论护患沟通技巧应用在呼吸科护理工作中能提高护理效果及护理质量,具备可推广性,利于达到远期疗效。
Objective To study effect of nurse patient communication skills in nursing work of respiratory department.Methods We chose 300 cases of respiratory patients in our hospital,divided them into observation group (nurse patient communication) and control group (routine nursing) randomly,150 cases in each group.Results Observation group had higher nursing quality and nursing compliance rate,lower nursing error rate and complaint rate than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Nurse patient communication skills can improve nursing effect and nursing quality of patients in nursing work of respiratory department,which can be promoted to achieve long-term effect.
