急性支气管炎患儿进行细节护理的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Detail Nursing for Children With Acute Bronchitis

目的探究细节护理应用于急性支气管炎患儿的临床效果。方法筛选我院普儿科收治的50例急性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,病例筛选期限为2018年10月至2019年10月,将其分为两组,每组纳入25例患儿,对照组实施常规护理,试验组在上述基础上实施细节护理。对比分析两组治疗效果、住院时间、体温恢复时间及护理满意度。结果两组治疗总有效率分别为92.00%和72.00%,数据对比存在较大差异,存在统计学意义,P<0.05;试验组住院时间、体温恢复时间低于对照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05;试验组护理满意度为92.00%,对照组为64.00%,试验组高于对照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论细节护理应用于急性支气管患儿可促进护理满意度与治疗效果,缩短住院时间与体温恢复时间。

Objective To explore clinical effect of detail nursing applied in children with acute bronchitis.Methods We chose 50 cases of acute bronchitis children in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 as research objects,divided them into two groups,25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with detailed nursing on the basis of above.Compared and analyze treatment effect,length of stay,body temperature recovery time and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results Total effective rate of two groups were 92.00% and 72.00% respectively,there was significant difference in data comparison,with statistical significance,P<0.05;length of stay and body temperature recovery time of experimental group was lower than control group,with statistical difference,P<0.05;nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 92.00%,higher than that of control group was 64.00%,with statistical difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Detail nursing can promote nursing satisfaction and treatment effect of acute bronchitis children,shorten length of stay and body temperature recovery time.
