探讨集束化护理方案在预防吸入性损伤气管切开套管脱出中的应用

Application Exploration of Cluster NUrsing Program in Prevention of Aspiration Injury Tracheotomy Cannula Prolapse

目的分析集束化护理方案在预防吸入性损伤气管切开套管脱出中的应用效果。方法在我院2018年6月至2019年7月进行治疗的吸入性损伤气管切开患者中抽取80例为本次研究对象,80例患者通过随机数字表法进行分组对比研究,即观察组40例实施集束化护理,对照组40例实施基础护理,比较两组患者套管脱出的发生率。结果观察组气管套管脱出发生率为5%,对照组气管套管脱出发生率为25%,组间数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理方案可有效预防吸入性损伤气管切开套管脱出。

Objective To analyze application effect of cluster nursing program in prevention of aspiration injury tracheotomy cannula prolapse.Methods We chose 80 cases of inhalation injury tracheotomy patients in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 as research objects,and divided them into groups by random number table method,that is,40 cases in observation group were treated with cluster nursing care,while 40 cases in control group with basic nursing care.Compared incidence of sleeve prolapse between two groups.Results Incidence of trachea cannula prolapse in observation group was 5%,and that of control group was 25%,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing program can prevent tracheotomy cannula prolapse of inhalation injury effectively.
