人文关怀联合心理干预在呼吸内科的应用与实践分析

Application and Practice Analysis of Humanistic Care Combined With Psychological Intervention in Respiratory Medicine Department

目的探讨对呼吸内科病患实施人文关怀+心理护理干预的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年4月106例呼吸内科疾病患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组(53例)与对照组(53例),均给予患者对症治疗,在疾病治疗过程,针对对照组的患者,在护理上给予常规护理,而观察组的护理上则是常规护理、人文关怀护理、心理护理结合一同实施,观察两组护理干预效果。结果护理后两组患者焦虑与抑郁自评量表评分(SAS、SDS)均较护理前降低,观察组评分降低幅度要比对照组更显著(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率为96.23%,明显高于对照组84.90%的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科收治病例在进行对症治疗期间,予以人文关怀护理联合心理护理,对缓解患者负性情绪及提升护理满意度的价值显著,具有很高的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To explore effect of humanistic care and psychological nursing intervention on patients in respiratory department.Methods We chose 106 cases of respiratory diseases patients from February 2018 to April 2019,divided them into observation group (53 cases) and control group (53 cases) randomly.All cases were treated with symptomatic treatment.During treatment process,control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group was combined with routine nursing,humanistic care and psychological nursing.Observe effect of nursing intervention effect.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than before,scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05);total satisfaction degree of nursing in observation group was 96.23%,which was significantly higher than control group (84.90%) (P<0.05).Conclusion During symptomatic treatment,humanistic care nursing combined with psychological nursing has significant value in relieving negative emotions and improving nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which is of high clinical application and promotion value.
