晚期肿瘤患者实施安宁护理的效果评估

Effect Evaluation of Hospice Nursing for Advanced Cancer Patients

目的探讨晚期肿瘤患者实施安宁护理的效果。方法选我院100例晚期肿瘤患者采用问卷调查的形式,对收集的患者的数据进行仔细分析整理,得出结论。结果 74.4%的患者希望有亲人陪伴,62.8%的患者希望减轻不适症状,达到舒适的状态,66.3%的患者希望通过各种途径了解疾病的治疗及预后情况,在具体照护方面,按位次排序依次为饮食指导、沟通交流、镇痛处理、皮肤护理、宗教支持。结论安宁护理方案的实施对晚期肿瘤患者具有积极意义,不仅可以提高患者临终阶段生存质量,而且可以有效降低患者死亡痛苦,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate effect of hospice nursing on advanced cancer patients.Methods We chose 100 cases of advanced cancer patients in our hospital,with investigation questionnaire,analyzed and sort out their data carefully to draw conclusion.Results 74.4% of patients wanted to be accompanied by their family,62.8% wanted to reduce symptoms of discomfort and reach comfortable state.66.3% wanted to know about treatment and prognosis of disease through various ways.In terms of specific care,the order was diet guidance,communication,analgesia,skin care,religious support.Conclusion Hospice nursing scheme has positive significance for advanced cancer patients,can improve their life quality at terminal stage,reduce death pain effectively,which is of high clinical value.
