急诊科危重病人护送途中的观察与预防护理

Observation and Preventive Nursing of Critical Patients During Escort in Emergency Department

目的在急诊科危重病人护送途中,使用优质护理手段,探究该护理方式的有效性。方法选取我院急诊科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的30例危重病人作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组(15例,常规护理)和观察组(15例,优质护理),探究分析两组患者平均护送时间、SAS评分和护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者平均护送时间短,SAS评分较低、护理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能显著提升急诊科危重病人护送质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore effectiveness of high-quality nursing methods in escort of critical patients in emergency department.Methods We chose 30 cases of critically ill patients in emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,divided them into control group (15 cases,routine nursing) and observation group (15 cases,high-quality nursing) randomly.Analyze average escort time,SAS scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups were.Results Observation group had shorter average nrusing time,lower SAS scores and higher nursing satisfaction degree than control group,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve escort quality of critically ill emergency patients significantly,which is worthy of promotion and application.
