针刺结合艾灸箱对急性腰扭伤患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Box in Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的分析针刺结合艾灸箱对急性腰扭伤患者治疗效果的影响。方法选我院78例急性腰扭伤患者作为研究对象,抓阄法分观察组(40例)与对照组(38例)。对照组单纯采用针刺疗法,观察组联合使用艾灸箱进行治疗,连续治疗2周后,比较治疗效果及治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟(VAS)、腰椎功能评分表(JOA)、腰椎活动度评分表(MMS)评分情况。结果疗效比较,观察组较高(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分、JOA评分、MMS评分经治疗后均提升并优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合艾灸箱对急性腰扭伤患者治疗具有积极作用,能显著提高治疗效果,缓解患者腰部疼痛,提升其腰部功能及腰部活动度。

Objective To analyze effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion box in treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods We chose 78 cases of acute lumbar sprain patients as research objects,divided them into observation group (40 cases) and control group (38 cases) with lottery method.Control group was treated with acupuncture only,and observation group with acupuncture and moxibustion box.After continuous treatment for 2 weeks,compared treatment effect with visual pain simulation (VAS),lumbar function score (JOA),and lumbar mobility scores (MMS) before and after treatment.Results Curative effect in observation group was higher,(P<0.05);VAS scores,JOA scores,and MMS scores in observation group were better after treatment than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion box has positive effect in treatment of acute lumbar sprain patients,can improve treatment effect,relieve waist pain,and improve waist function and lumbar mobility of patients.
