糖皮质激素联合复方α-酮酸治疗原发性肾病综合征的价值

Value of Glucocorticoid Combined With Compound Α-Ketoacid in Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探究糖皮质激素联合复方α-酮酸治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法入选此次研究中的45例患者均选择我院2019年1月至2019年8月,依照单双号分组方式划分为研究组(n=23)和参照组(n=22),参照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施糖皮质激素联合复方α-酮酸治疗。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.7%)显著高于参照组(63.6%),此外对比组间患者治疗后的尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(UA)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、甘油三酯(TG)等相关指标,组间数据差异呈现P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论原发性肾病综合征患者经糖皮质激素联合复方α-酮酸治疗效果确切,存在临床应用价值。

Objective To explore clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with compound α-ketoacid in treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods We chose 45 patients for study,divided them into study group (n=23) and reference group (n=22) according to single and even number grouping method.Reference group was treated with routine treatment,and study group with glucocorticoid combined with compound α-ketoacid treatment.Results Total effective rate of study group (95.7%) was significantly higher than reference group (63.6%).In addition,related indexes of bun,SCR,UA,ALB,TG after treatment comparison between two groups,showed statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with compound α-ketoacids can achieve exact effect in treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,with clinical application value.
