复方盐酸阿替卡因治疗牙体牙髓病的效果

Effect of Compound Articaine Hydrochloride in Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease

目的分析盐酸阿替卡因在治疗牙体牙髓病方面取得的临床疗效。方法研究对象选择2016年1月至2019年12月在本院接受治疗的88例牙体牙髓病患者,并且将患者按照信封法划分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用利多卡因进行麻醉,观察组则采用复方盐酸阿替卡因进行麻醉,在麻醉结束之后比较两组患者的麻醉效果与意识消失时间、自觉恢复时间,判断两种不同药物的麻醉有效性。结果研究结果显示,在麻醉有效率方面观察组的95.5%,显著优于对照组的79.5%,麻醉效果更好,数据差异显著,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在麻醉指标时间上,观察组患者的意识消失时间和自觉恢复时间都要比对照组更短,药物起效时间快,安全性稳定,数据差异显著,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方盐酸阿替卡因在牙体牙髓病的治疗环节可以代替传统的利多卡因等药物,不仅能够保障良好的麻醉效果,同时安全性稳定,临床应用价值高。

Objective To analyzed clinical effect of articaine hydrochloride in treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods We chose 88 patients with endodontic disease in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019,divided them into observation group and control group according to envelope method,with 44 cases in each group.Control group was anesthetized with lidocaine,while observation group with compound articaine hydrochloride.After anesthesia,the anesthetic effect,compare consciousness disappearance time and conscious recovery time of two groups and diagnose anesthetic effectiveness of two different drugs.Results Study showed that effective rate of anesthesia of observation group 95.5% was significantly better than 79.5% of control group,data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);anesthesia index time,consciousness disappearance time and conscious recovery time of observation group was shorter than control group,drug onset time was faster,with stable safety,difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound articaine hydrochloride can replace traditional drugs such as lidocaine,ensure good anesthetic effect in treatment of dental pulp disease,which stable safety and high clinical application value.
