目前医院药品采购存在采购渠道复杂、药品采购市场秩序混乱、缺乏有效市场监管等问题。为了提升药品采购管理水平,更好地进行药品采购信息交流和共享,确保合理采购,保证药品质量。为此,结合区块链的去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯、共识机制、规则全透明等特征,构建基于区块链的药品采购数据共享平台。通过验证账本、账户管理实现了药品采购数据共享,构建了一种可信的网络环境。

At present,there are some problems in hospital drug procurement,such as complex procurement channels,disordered drug procurement market and lack of effective market supervision.In order to improve the level of drug procurement management,better exchange and sharing of drug procurement information,to ensure reasonable procurement,to ensure the quality of drugs.For this purpose,combined with the features of blockchain such as decentralization,non-tampering,traceability,consensus mechanism and full transparency of rules,this paper constructed a drug procurement data sharing platform based on blockchain.By verifying account book and account management,drug procurement data sharing is realized and a trusted network environment is built.
