目的:对大量新冠肺炎重症患者进行高效的出院随访。方法:随访系统与医院内部信息系统进行集成,通过数据共享实现随访系统的信息自动录入,在随访时通过问卷自动识别风险患者,通过在线视频问诊实现患者与医生的及时沟通。结果:通过智能随访系统可有效减少医务人员工作量,提高工作效率,降低患者交叉感染的风险,减少患者就医时长。结论:基于互联网的智能随访系统可以提升出院患者的服务质量,然而部分中老年患者使用智能手机存在困难,如何对方案进行优化,覆盖更广范围的人群是需要深入考虑的问题。

Objective: Efficient discharge follow-up for a large number of critically ill patients with COVID-19. Methods: The follow-up system is integrated with the hospital’s internal information system, and the information of the follow-up system is automatically entered through data sharing. Risk patients are automatically identified through questionnaires during follow-up, and timely communication between patients and doctors is achieved through online video consultation. Results: The intelligent follow-up system can effectively reduce the workload of medical staff, improve work efficiency, reduce the risk of cross-infection among patients, and reduce the length of time for patients to seek medical treatment. Conclusion: The intelligent follow-up system based on the Internet can improve the service quality of discharged patients. However, some middle-aged and elderly patients have difficulty using smartphones. How to optimize the program and cover a wider range of people is an issue that requires in-depth consideration.
