营养相关因素对学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染的维生素A、维生素E、25-(OH)D 3,微量元素锌、铜、铁、钙、镁指标值的变化及其与体液免疫相互关联性。方法选取学龄前反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿70例(研究组)和同龄健康儿童68例(对照组),完成维生素A、E,血清微量元素锌、铜、铁、钙、镁指标,血清25-(OH)D 3及体液免疫指标IgG、IgA、IgE的测定。对所采集的数据进行分析,从而了解指标值变化及相互关联关系。结果研究组患儿维生素A[(0.29±0.07)mg/L]、微量元素铁[(7.69±0.89)mmol/L]、锌[(77.16±7.18)μmol/L]、钙[(1.65±0.15)mmol/L]及25-(OH)D 3[(53.54±14.32)ng/mL]指标值相比于对照组维生素A[(0.34±0.06)mg/L]、微量元素铁[(8.69±0.73)mmol/L]、锌[(81.66±6.68)μmol/L]、钙[(1.85±0.14)mmol/L]及25-(OH)D 3[(58.12±9.24)ng/mL]偏低(P<0.05),其中维生素A、25-(OH)D 3、血清锌与体液免疫指标IgG、IgA、IgM呈正相关(P<0.05);血清钙元素与IgG、IgA呈正相关(P>0.05),与IgM无相关性;维生素E体液免疫指标无相关性。结论反复呼吸道感染儿童的维生素A、血清锌、钙、铁及体液免疫IgG、IgA、IgM水平低于正常儿童组,维生素A、血清锌及25-(OH)D 3水平越高,机体体液免疫功能越强。 Objective To explore the changes of vitamin A,vitamin E,25-(OH)D 3,trace elements zinc,copper,iron,calcium and magnesium index values of recurrent respiratory infections in preschool children and their correlation with humoral immunity.Methods 70 preschool children with RRTI and 68 healthy children of the same age were enrolled this study.The vitamin A,vitamin E,serum trace elements zinc,copper,iron,calcium,magnesium indicators,serum 25-(OH)D 3,IgG,IgA and IgE of all children were detected for analysis.Results The vitamin A,trace elements iron,zinc,calcium and 25-(OH)D 3 index values were lower in study group than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were positively correlated between vitamin A,25-(OH)D 3,serum zinc and humoral immunity IgG,IgA,IgM(r=0.652,0.584,0.875;r=0.354,0.463,0.587;r=0.587,0.325,0.654,all P<0.05).There was positively correlated between serum calcium and IgG,IgA(r=0.951,0.762,all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of vitamin A,serum zinc,calcium,iron and humoral immune IgG,IgA and IgM in children with recurrent respiratory infections are lower than those of normal children.The higher levels of vitamin A and serum zinc and 25-(OH)D 3,the stronger humoral immune function of the body.
