基于实时仿真系统的风电场AVC系统闭环测试方法 被引量:7

摘要 目前,风电场并网后的现场测试只能测试风电场自动电压控制(Automatic Voltage Control,AVC)系统的控制效果,无法对控制策略中无功分配策略等功能进行测试。针对此问题,提出了一种基于实时仿真系统的风电场AVC系统闭环测试方法,并建立了基于电力系统全数字仿真装置(Advanced Digital Power System Simulator,ADPSS)的闭环仿真测试平台。测试平台由风电场电磁模型、通信接口装置、风电场AVC系统3部分组成。风电场电磁模型搭建于ADPSS电磁环境中,通信接口装置将模型中的变量转换为IEC 104规约数据发送至风电场AVC系统;风电场AVC系统接收到新能源场站母线电压调节指令后,控制策略计算得出控制指令,指令通过通信接口装置转换为可识别规约数据发送至风电场电磁模型,模型中各类无功设备根据控制指令完成调节。该测试平台实现了风电场AVC系统的实验室闭环测试,提高了风电场AVC系统入网的可靠性。 Currently,for the AVC system of wind farm,the control effect is mainly tested on site after the wind farm is connected to the grid,and the functions such as reactive power distribution strategy in the control strategy cannot be tested.To solve this problem,a closed⁃loop test method of wind farm AVC system based on real⁃time simulation system was proposed in this paper,and a closed⁃loop simulation test platform based on ADPSS which consists of wind farm electromagnetic model,communication interface device and wind farm AVC system was established.The electromagnetic model of wind farm is built in the electromagnetic environment of ADPSS.The communication interface device converts the variables in the model into IEC 104 protocol data and sends them to the AVC system of the wind farm.After receiving the bus voltage regulation command of the new energy station,the control strategy calculates the control command,and the command is converted into identifiable protocol data and sent to the wind farm electromagnetic mode through the communication interface device.Reactive power equipments in the model are adjusted according to the control command.The test platform realizes the laboratory closed⁃loop test of wind farm AVC system,and improves the reliability of wind farm AVC system.
