超/特高压输电线路地线提升工具的研制

Development of a Ground Wire Lifting Tool for EHV/UHV Transmission Lines

在超/特高压架空地线检修作业中,地线支架上可方便操作的活动范围小、检修操作受限,且常规工具笨重,携带极为不便。研制一种适用于超高压线路的提升地线的组合工具,包括底座、丝杠与吊钩3个部分,充分利用横担背靠背角钢铁的架构作为固定点,借助丝杠的方式完成导线提升,采用"吊钩+绳套"配合的方式完成与地线的连接,完成整个地线提升工作。该工具与传统工具相比,结构紧凑、尺寸可调节,在满足安全荷载条件的基础上,仅1~2人即可完成整个工作,大大提高了工作效率。

In the maintenance of EHV/UHV overhead ground wire,the convenient operation range of ground wire bracket is small,the maintenance operation is limited,and the conventional tools are heavy and inconvenient to carry.A combined tool for lifting ground wire of EHV/UHV transmission line was developed in this paper,including base,lead screw and hook.The steel structure of back⁃to⁃back angle of cross arm is fully used as the fixed point.The wire lifting is completed by means of lead screw.The connection with ground wire is completed by means of“hook+rope sleeve”,and the whole ground wire lifting work is com⁃pleted.Compared with the traditional tools,the tool has compact structure and adjustable size.On the basis of meeting the safety load conditions,1 or 2 person can complete the whole work,which greatly improves the work efficiency.
