摘要
提出一种以流程再造为核心的变电集控站管理的新思路,具有管理步骤精简、管理线条清晰、工作效率高等特点。根据区域电网现状和“十四五”电网发展规划,利用电网边缘计算技术、5G通信技术,实施无人值班变电站的集中管理。变电集控站模式是采用分区管理、集中控制的策略,不同区域的变电站信息分别集中到集控站,同时相应的信息分布冗余存储在每一个分区集控站中,控制操作主要由分区集控站来完成,从而实现多个受控站、集控站之间的协调控制和优化分解控制,提高变电站的运行管理水平,为能源互联网背景下大电网变电站集中管控提供了一定的技术支持。
A new idea of substation centralized control station management with process reengineering as the core is proposed,which has the characteristics of simplified management steps,clear management lines and high working efficiency.According to the status quo of regional power grids and the“14th Five⁃year Plan”power grid development plan,grid edge computing technology and 5G communication technology are adopted to implement centralized management of unattended substations.The substation centralized control station mode adopts the strategy of partition management and centralized control.The substation information in different areas is gathered to the centralized control station.At the same time,the corresponding information is distributed redundantly and stored in each partitioned centralized control station.The control operation is spread among sub⁃control stations.It can realize coordinated control and optimized decomposition control between multiple controlled stations and centralized control stations,improving the operation and management level of substations and provides certain technical support to the centralized management and control of large power grid substations under the background of Energy Internet.
