液化天然气罐箱周转堆场的设计

摘要 对液化天然气(LNG)罐箱周转堆场涉及的国家产业支持政策和设计标准规范进行分析,以华南某LNG罐箱周转堆场项目为例,对防火间距确定、场区布局及配套设施等进行设计。认为LNG罐箱周转堆场项目国家政策支持,设计规范成熟,项目建成后有利于LNG罐箱长距离运输过程的中继暂存和整船进口罐箱的快速暂存周转等物流环节平稳安全运营,但存在依据GB50183—2004的方法计算得到的罐箱堆场热辐射隔热距离、依据AQ/T 3046—2013的方法计算得到的LNG蒸气云扩散隔离距离等主要防火间距偏大、项目选址困难等问题,建议进一步优化计算方法。 The national industrial support policies and design standards and specifications involved in the LNG tank container turnover yard are analyzed.Taking a LNG tank container turnover yard project in South China as an example,the determination of fire prevention distance,site layout and supporting facilities are designed. It is believed that the LNG tank container turnover yard project is supported by national policies,and the design specifications are mature. After the completion of the project,it is conducive to the smooth and safe operation of the logistics links such as the relay temporary storage of LNG tank container during the long-distance transportation process and the rapid temporary storage and turnover of the whole ship’s imported tank container. However,there are some problems,such as major fire prevention distances of the thermal radiation insulation distance of the tank container yard calculated according to GB 50183-2004,and LNG vapor cloud diffusion isolation distance calculated according to the method of AQ/T 3046-2013 are too large and the project site selection is difficult and so on,so it is suggested to further optimize the calculation method.
