物联网智能燃气表机电阀到位检测技术

摘要 燃气表机电阀(即切断阀)到位检测装置通常采用接触式开关,存在触点容易氧化、可靠性差、寿命短等问题。提出物联网智能燃气表机电阀到位检测技术,采用非接触传感器,利用光电原理,实现物联网智能燃气表机电阀开关阀的到位检测。探讨到位检测装置原理、电路、工作流程。 The in-position detection device of electromechanical valve( namely shut-off valve) for gas meter usually adopts contact switch,which has problems such as easy oxidation of contact,poor reliability and short life. The in-position detection technology of the electromechanical valve for Io T intelligent gas meter is proposed. The non-contact sensor and photoelectric principle are used to realize the in-position detection of the on-off valve for the Io T intelligent gas meter. The principle,circuit and working flow of in-position detection device are discussed.
