摘要
为适应狭窄巷道的施工条件,研制了联动型ZYW-4000整体式全方位履带钻机。介绍了总体方案、关键结构和液压系统的设计。试验及煤矿现场应用结果表明,该钻机整体运行正常,能适应不同工作环境,各项技术指标达到了设计要求。
In order to adapt to the construction conditions of narrow roadway, the linkage type ZYW-4000 integrated omnidirectional crawler drilling rig was developed. The overall scheme, key structure and design of hydraulic system were introduced. The results of test and field application in coal mine show that the overall operation of the drilling rig is normal, it can adapt to different working environment, and the technical indexes meet the design requirements.
