摘要
在某些采煤工作面,巷道高度存在落差,固定高度的刮板输送机电缆槽无法满足开采需要,需要更换不同高度电缆槽;同时大采高工作面由于电缆槽挡板过高,电缆槽常采用一体式或者上下两部分可拆分结构,在设备发生故障时,需将电缆槽或上半部分电缆槽拆下,在井下维修时存在安全隐患,修理时间长。设计一种液压自动调高电缆槽,活挡板、电缆槽两部分使用液压连接,需要调整挡板高度时,通过液压自动调节高度,实现存在不高落差工作面的开采,同时实现无需拆卸电缆槽进行检修,降低安全生产隐患。
In some coal mining faces, there is a gap in roadway height, and the cable trough of scraper conveyor with fixed height can not meet the mining needs, so it is necessary to replace the cable trough with different heights. At the same time, because the baffle of the cable trough is too high in the large mining height working face, the maintenance cable trough often adopts an integrated structure or detachable structure with upper and lower parts. In case of equipment failure, the cable trough or the upper part of the cable trough needs to be removed, which causes potential safety hazards and takes a long time to repair. A hydraulic automatic height adjustment cable trough was designed. The movable baffle and the cable trough are hydraulically connected. When the baffle height needs to be adjusted,the height is automatically adjusted by hydraulic pressure, so that the mining of the working face with low height drop can be realized. At the same time, the cable trough does not need to be disassembled for maintenance, and the potential safety hazards are reduced.
