两柱掩护式液压支架承载区间划分

摘要 为研究支架所能承受的外载荷沿顶梁长度方向如何分布的问题,基于平面杆系建立了两柱掩护式液压支架的承载力学模型,推导出支架承载区间划分的解析表达式及边界条件,重新定义了支架承载区间,定量分析了不同摩擦因数和支架高度对支架承载区间的影响,通过试验验证了支架无承载能力区段的存在性。结果表明:支架所能承受的外载荷并不是完全覆盖顶梁长度,而是存在一段无承载能力区段;支架结构参数一旦确定,无承载能力区的位置取决于支架高度和摩擦因数,摩擦因数越大,支架承载区间越大,摩擦因数取负时,承载区间最小。 In order to study the distribution the external load that the support can bear along the length direction of the top beam, the bearing mechanical model of the two-leg shield hydraulic support was established based on the plane bar system. The analytical expression and boundary condition of the load range division of hydraulic support were deduced and the load range of hydraulic support was redefined. The effects of different friction coefficient and support height on the load range of support were quantitatively analyzed, the existence of the section without loading capacity of the hydraulic support was verified by the test. The results show that the external load that the support can bear is not completely covering the length of the top beam, but there is a section without loading capacity;once the structural parameters of the support are determined, the position of the non-loading capacity section depends on the height of the support and the friction coefficient. The larger the friction coefficient, the larger the load range, when the friction coefficient is negative, the load range is the smallest.
